You can expect us to always use your correct name and pronouns (regardless of what is on your ID), and meet your every expectation in a comfortable environment. We’ll be there to support your aesthetic journey every step of the way.
We know the transgender community is often subjected to inequitable treatment in healthcare spaces.
Because of this, we make every effort to provide a radically welcoming, considerate, and compassionate environment.
Team North Bay participates in trauma-informed care trainings and continues to learn and grow every day to serve our clients better.
We are committed to proactively soliciting feedback on how we’re doing, and appreciate any opportunity to serve our clients with excellence.
We believe every human being should love and recognize themselves when they look in the mirror. We consider it an immense privilege to provide care tailored to each of our clients.
Two of our go-to gender affirming services are Dermal Fillers and Neurorelaxers.
Find the full list of our medical aesthetic services here.
Dermal fillers (such as Juvederm and Restylane) can be used to create higher or lower cheekbones, create fuller lips, augment and widen the jawline and create a square, wider chin, or a longer, rounded chin.
Neurorelaxers (such as Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport) can be used to reduce the masseter (chewing) muscle on the side of the jaw, creating a slimmer jawline.
True Self Program
We’re proud to offer limited pay-what-you-can dermal fillers and other discounted aesthetic services for transgender, non-binary, and gender creative community members.
We believe transition-related aesthetics care is integral to the process, and as such should be fully reimbursed by insurance providers, and offered for free to those without insurance.
Until this truth is recognized as a medical necessity by insurers, the True Self program will provide lower-cost dermal fillers to our clients in need. Some other services are available at a discounted rate for True Self clients.
If you’d like to get on the waitlist for pay-what-you-can services, or have any questions about True Self or the gender-affirming care we offer, please use the form on this page or have a look at our Frequently Asked Questions.
We are committed to serving the trans community regardless of an individual’s ability to pay.
“I felt so safe and comfortable working with Moya as a trans person. I never dreamed it was possible to feel this good about my face, it just brings me so much confidence and happiness!”
