Anti-platelet drugs and anticoagulants are blood thinning medications you may be prescribed by your primary provider.

Other blood thinners include include aspirin, Aleve, ibuprofen, Advil, naproxen, meloxicam, turmeric, St John’s Wort, vitamin e, fish oil.
