Lyon-Martin Health Services and Women’s Community Clinic provides primary medical care, sexual and reproductive health care, and mental health services for women, gender non-conforming people, and transgender people of all gender identities and sexual orientations. Lyon-Martin cares for people regardless of ability to pay and assists people with enrollment into a variety of health coverage programs.

The Transgender District

Founded by three black trans women in 2017 as Compton’s Transgender Cultural District, The Transgender District is the first legally recognized transgender district in the world. Originally named after the first documented uprising of transgender and queer people in United States history, the Compton’s Cafeteria Riots of 1966, the district encompasses 6 blocks in the southeastern Tenderloin.The Transgender District aims to create an urban environment that celebrates the transgender tipping point in the United States and the world, while educating the world of the deep profundity of transgender culture and our contributions to the liberation of humankind.

St. James Infirmary

St. James Infirmary (SJI) is America’s first peer-run occupational clinic for sex workers and their families. The clinic was founded in 1999 by San Francisco sex worker activist Margo St. James. SJI offers support for street-based sex workers, harm reduction and gender non-confirming folks.

Who is North Bay Aesthetics?

North Bay’s mission is to provide inclusive, innovative aesthetics and wellness healthcare. We offer cosmetic and wellness aesthetics, and specialize in gender-affirming aesthetics healthcare as a compliment or alternative to facial surgery. 

We offer a discount on all services for clients who choose to self-identify as transgender or non-binary, and provide limited pay-what-you can dermal fillers for gender-affirmation through our True Self program.  

We believe that every human has the right to express their most authentic self without judgment, celebrating the human body in all of it’s wonder and variety.
